Workshops
Our training focuses on achieving a solid understanding of tools, rather than a minimum acceptable level of competence. We are constantly updating our materials in order to encompass new ideas and concepts within the field. Whatever your organisation, we can explain concepts in everyday language to make our workshops accessible to everyone.

Resilience
The resilience workshop provides techniques to help the participants to find their own inner strength and overcome life’s hurdles.
Some psychologists say developing resilience is one of the ways you can decrease the risk of mental health problems. In essence they are
proposing “prevention is better than cure”
In an Organisational Context developing resilience is of vital importance. It helps in making quick and tough decisions in moments of chaos.
What’s more, it grants you the ability to do
so with grace, humour and optimism.
